Problem

There are many problems with the current methods to generate energy.

1. Some are very expensive or not efficient.
2. Most common method is non-renewable energy, like fossil fuels and it will eventually run out.
3. Options may not be environmentally friendly.
4. Some require a lot of land, yet the price of land is rapidly increasing.

Present Day Elevators

The majority of current elevators require more energy going down than up. This is a big problem as there are around 18 million elevators in the world. All of them require energy to move up and down floors. We can use gravity as a force to help move the EEG down without requiring massive amounts of energy. There is a lot of energy wasted that we could save with the help of EEG.
